Jill had dedicated her career to helping others. As a special education teacher, turned professor, administrator, and leader she has focused on supporting those around her to find their best. She is a strategic leader and executive coach with over 25 years in higher education and workforce development. Her commitment to making the world a more educated place has led to her involvement in building programs from the ground up—including a university and a school of education. She has guided teams through change with empathy and clarity. I bring a pragmatic, human-centered lens to coaching and facilitation so leaders can communicate effectively, align teams, and create meaningful impact.
